WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING A FITNESS CONSULTATION
A fitness consultation is needed before you begin your training and consists of both a discussion and an assessment. This allows me to individualize sessions and determine the best fitness plan moving forward.

- Fitness experience to determine fitness baseline level
- Medical history to determine injury risk
- Fitness goals to assist with exercise selection
What Will Be Assessed?
- Postural assessment in standing to determine muscle imbalances
- Gait assessment to analyze how you move your joints while walking
- Muscle tests to assess strengths and weaknesses
